General
Raymer connected with the owner of the warehouse after he painted The Man who Laughs Mural across the street. The owner gave him free reign to practice on the warehouse. 

Process
All of the pieces on the warehouse are of Raymer’s musing. Hedy Lamarr is a frequent muse of his. First learning of her during a telecommunications course at the University of Pittsburgh. Professor Marlin Mickle (a favorite professor of Raymers’), spoke of Hedy with such intelligence, beauty and grace that Raymer was curious about her. After researching Hedy, he was enamored as well.
